 +
+Q: **Who should I thank for this awesome resource?!**\\
+A: Hewlett-Packard, of course. And Cyrille de Brébisson, who created and championed most of it.
 +
+Q: **What is the "EURO" name that I see mentioned in certain documents?**\\
+A: The name "EURO" was an internal nickname for the calculator, and was not intended to become public. This nickname is also mentioned in in the product manual.
 +
+Q: **Some of the PDF files say "created using a trial version of pdfFactory" -- should I be concerned?**\\
+A: Only if you like worrying. The documents should still be viewable with any ordinary PDF viewer.

 +
+There is mention of the possibility to produce custom pre-loaded firmware, or custom color and/or artwork version
+Changing the screen artwork will be quite expensive (think >>10K).
 +
+having a special artwork will need > 2K units and will depend on our current load, price negotiation and other factors.
 +
+I tried to launch the HP20b emulator on my PC (XP SP1) but it does not start and I have a configuration trouble message which ask for the app to be re-installed. But as far as I know, there is now install. What's wrong ?

 +hello,
 +
+you are probably missing some of the MFC dll. If you install Visual C++, it will work. Anyhow, you will need VC++ to develop
 +
